On May 19, the inaugural meeting of the International Trade Branch of Guizhou Automobile Circulation Association was held at the China (Guiyang) Silu Used Car Export Base. The branch will rely on the policy and location advantages of Guiyang Comprehensive Bonded Zone to build a bridge of government-enterprise cooperation, integrate industry resources, promote the internationalization of the province's automobile circulation industry, and inject new impetus into the high-quality development of Guizhou's export-oriented economy.

It is reported that the China (Guiyang) Silu Used Car Export Base has developed rapidly since it settled in Guiyang Comprehensive Bonded Zone at the end of 2023. As of the end of April this year, the base has attracted more than 20 second-hand car export industry chain enterprises to settle in, with a total export of more than 2,000 vehicles and an export value of more than 300 million yuan, covering countries and regions such as Russia, Central Asia, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Africa, and linking more than 100 vehicle sources, testing, logistics and financial service companies in the province, becoming an important window for Guizhou's export-oriented economy.

In order to solve the problems faced by enterprises such as unfamiliarity with international trade rules and poor cross-border supply chains, the International Trade Branch of the Guizhou Automobile Circulation Association came into being. Dai Yuting, the first president of the branch and chairman of Guiyang Silk Road Automobile Technology Co., Ltd., said that the branch has currently absorbed 34 member companies and will focus on three major directions in the future: First, build an international economic and trade cooperation platform, organize overseas market research and trade docking activities, and promote in-depth cooperation between Guizhou automobiles and auto parts and countries building the "Belt and Road"; second, provide international trade policy interpretation, tariff optimization and cross-border e-commerce operation guidance to help companies reduce costs, increase efficiency and avoid risks; third, promote industry standards to be in line with international standards, participate in international certification and mutual recognition of quality systems, and help "Made in Guizhou" automobile products enter the global market efficiently.

The relevant person in charge of Guiyang Comprehensive Bonded Zone said that the establishment of the branch marks a new step in the international development of Guizhou's automobile industry, which will effectively integrate industry resources, standardize market order, and enhance international competitiveness. In the future, it will continue to optimize the business environment, strengthen service guarantees, support the branch to play a bridging role, accelerate the construction of China (Guiyang) Silu used car export base, and provide strong support for Guizhou's high-level opening and high-quality development.
